1. Service and contact
Dimenshon is an online 2D MMORPG operated by NekoTec Prosta S.A. These terms cover accounts, gameplay, communications, content and optional digital purchases in the official service and PC/Android clients. Company and contact details appear above. Complaints, content reports and withdrawal notices can be sent to dimenshon@nekotec.pl or to the company’s postal address.
2. Accounts and the contract
An account requires a login, nickname, email address, password and activation. Read the terms before registration; accepting the terms concerns the service contract, not marketing consent or a waiver of consumer rights. The free account contract is concluded for an indefinite period after successful registration and activation. An account does not transfer ownership of the game. Do not share login credentials or impersonate another person.
3. Age 13+ and minors
The game is intended for people aged 13 or older. Minors may use it only with the consent of a parent or another legal representative. Purchases must be within the user’s legal capacity; where parental consent is required, it must cover the particular purchase. Do not provide false information or bypass age/payment restrictions. Mandatory local rules requiring a higher age or additional safeguards remain applicable. Age and parental-consent verification must be implemented before publication.
4. Technical requirements and security
You need an internet connection, a supported PC or Android client, up-to-date software and access to the email used for activation/recovery. Current requirements and installers are published on the download page. Internet charges are determined by your own provider’s contract. Do not install unofficial clients, give administrators your password or paste code received from others. Report faults with a description, without sending your password.
5. Gameplay and communications
Cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, tampering with the client/server, unauthorised access, account trading outside official mechanisms and disruption of the service are prohibited. Messages, chat and names must not contain unlawful content, threats, harassment, unlawfully disclosed personal data or material infringing others’ rights. Private messages are not public chat; authorised administrative access must be justified by security, a report or a legal obligation.
6. Reports, moderation and appeals
Report content or an incident to dimenshon@nekotec.pl with its location, date, identifier/screenshot and reasons; omit unnecessary third-party data. Administrators assess the circumstances and apply proportionate measures, such as content removal, warnings, feature restrictions or suspension. Users should receive the reason and scope unless disclosure is legally prohibited or would endanger an investigation. Appeals and requests for human review can be sent to the same address. Opening developer tools alone is not proof of cheating.
7. Digital purchases and payments
Basic gameplay is free. Optional offers may include Premium Points (PP), Battle Pass, a monthly card and draw tickets. Before ordering, an offer must disclose its contents, total PLN price including taxes, delivery arrangements/time, duration and compatibility restrictions. Ordering requires an unambiguous acknowledgement of the obligation to pay; contract and terms confirmation must be provided on a durable medium, such as email. Available payment providers may include PayPal, Przelewy24 and PayU. Do not pay outside official checkout. Recurring payments require separate explicit agreement; the name “monthly card” does not mean automatic renewal.
8. PP, draws and virtual items
PP and tickets are used for game functions; the operator does not exchange them for cash. Before spending PP, players should know the cost, contents and monetary equivalent based on the PP purchase offer. Draws produce random results using the pool and odds disclosed before confirmation; no guarantee should be suggested beyond the actual pity rules. The target character, counter, threshold, reset rules and banner availability must be displayed. A ticket does not guarantee any character of your choice unless the particular offer expressly provides this. Changes in odds cannot apply retrospectively to completed draws. Unspent currency or an unavailable banner does not automatically waive statutory rights.
9. Battle Pass, monthly cards and events
Each independent BP track’s contents, level bonus, season dates, XP rules and reward-claim conditions must be disclosed before purchase. Monthly cards and events have the dates and claim conditions specified in their offers. A player’s non-participation is different from the operator failing to deliver the service. Paid periods and material benefits cannot be reduced without respecting contractual and statutory rights. Event rules cannot exclude consumer rights.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw without giving reasons. Send a notice before the deadline to the company’s email or postal address; the form below is optional. Amounts due for refund are returned no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice, using the same payment method unless the consumer agrees to a different method without additional cost. Buying PP, logging in or accepting these terms does not, by itself, exclude this right.
11. Supply before the 14-day period ends
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, loss of the withdrawal right requires the statutory conditions: prior express consent to begin supply, acknowledgement of losing the right and contract confirmation on a durable medium. These statements cannot be presumed or bundled with mandatory privacy-policy consent. Digital services are subject to the applicable service rules, including a request for early performance and possible proportionate payment; the right does not automatically expire when performance begins. Where the exception’s conditions were not met, the operator cannot rely on loss of the right.
12. Conformity, updates and complaints
Digital services and content must conform to the contract and statutory requirements, including updates necessary to maintain conformity. Consumers may request conformity and, in the circumstances prescribed by law, a price reduction or withdrawal. Describe the issue, account/order and requested remedy; an order number is not mandatory if the purchase can be identified otherwise. Consumer complaints are answered within the statutory 14-day period on paper or another durable medium; statutory consequences of no response apply. Statutory liability is not excluded by general “no refunds” or “test version” wording.
13. Closing accounts and availability
You may terminate the free account service and request closure at dimenshon@nekotec.pl. Ownership verification must be proportionate and does not require sending your password. Purchase settlement and legally required retention are separate from account deletion. Planned downtime, service closure and material changes require appropriate notice. Paid benefits cannot be arbitrarily removed, nor can the right to any settlement legally due be excluded.
14. Content rights and liability
Users receive limited permission to use the game under the contract, not a right to copy or commercially distribute assets. The operator can grant only rights it owns or is licensed to grant. Third-party rights remain with their holders. By posting your own content, you permit its technical storage/display only to the extent necessary for the selected feature. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be restricted or consumers’ statutory rights.
15. Changes and disputes
Changes may be justified by law, security, functionality or service organisation. Reasons, wording, timing and effects must be communicated beforehand in an appropriate form; material digital-service changes are subject, among other provisions, to Article 43p of Poland’s Consumer Rights Act. Changes cannot retrospectively alter completed purchases. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual-residence country or statutory court jurisdiction. Assistance is available from consumer ombudsmen, the Trade Inspection and uokik.gov.pl. The operator’s participation in alternative dispute resolution depends on the necessary consents; participation in every procedure is not promised. The EU ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025. Translations do not restrict statutory rights.
16. Material deterioration of the service
A digital-service change beyond maintaining conformity requires a justified reason specified in the contract and must not create additional costs. If it materially and negatively affects access or use, consumers must receive advance notice on a durable medium explaining the change and termination right. They can generally terminate without notice within 30 days of the change or later notification under Article 43q of Poland’s Consumer Rights Act. The exception concerns providing the ability to retain the unchanged, conforming version without additional cost. Settlement follows the applicable statutory rules.
17. Optional withdrawal form
To: NekoTec Prosta S.A., ul. Obotrycka 5, 64-100 Leszno, Poland; dimenshon@nekotec.pl. I hereby give notice of withdrawal from the contract concerning: [service/order]. Contract date: […]. Consumer name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […]. Signature: only for a paper form. A login or order number can help identify the purchase but is not the only acceptable means of identification.
18. Payments — availability and confirmation
Purchases may be paid through PayU, PayPal or Przelewy24 when the relevant method is enabled and displayed at checkout. Listing a provider does not guarantee availability in every country or on every device. Check the product, amount, currency and method before paying. The current integration settles in PLN; any currency conversion and its cost are presented by the provider or bank. Payers must meet the age and authorisation requirements of the payment service. Access to the game from age 13 does not automatically permit opening a payment account or making purchases independently. Minors need the required consent and assistance of a parent or guardian. Returning from checkout does not itself confirm payment. Purchased benefits are credited after the server verifies payment confirmation. If benefits are missing, contact dimenshon@nekotec.pl with the order number and provider; check the previous payment status before purchasing again. Do not send banking passwords, full card numbers or security codes.
19. PayU — payment service
Payments are processed by PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, Poland. Selecting PayU redirects the payer to its website to choose an available method and authorise the transaction under PayU payment terms. Not every method offered by the provider is necessarily available in Dimenshon.
20. PayPal — payment service
For users in the European Economic Area, the service is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg. Elsewhere, the applicable entity and terms depend on the payer’s residence, not the game language. After redirection, the payer approves the transaction in PayPal. Funding sources, guest checkout availability and currency conversion fees depend on the provider’s offering.
21. Przelewy24 — payment service
Przelewy24 is the payment service of PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, Poland. After redirection, the payer selects an available method and authorises payment under the Przelewy24 terms and, where required, the rules of the selected bank or other institution.
22. Payment complaints and refunds
NekoTec remains the seller of Dimenshon content and services. Send purchase complaints, missing points or items, and withdrawal requests to dimenshon@nekotec.pl. Complaints about the payment service itself may also be submitted to the relevant provider under its procedure. Provider terms do not replace statutory consumer rights against NekoTec. Refunds owed to consumers are made as required by law, generally using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method without additional cost. Using a payment provider does not itself constitute consent to losing the right of withdrawal.
23. Support and private messages
Contact administration through Support in the game menu, a private message in Messages to an official administration account listed in the Support form, or email dimenshon@nekotec.pl. A public Support page is also available. Email and the company’s postal address remain available without signing in, including when an account is inaccessible or suspended. Support requests are saved in the game mailbox with an identifier, date and selected recipient. Replies are read in Messages. Describe the issue and provide only necessary information, never passwords or tokens. These channels also cover complaints, content reports, appeals and privacy matters; the chosen channel does not restrict statutory rights or applicable deadlines. Where a response requires a durable medium, the legally required form must be provided; availability of an in-game message alone does not establish that this requirement is met.
24. Sanctions and cooperation on violations
The public Sanctions and safety policy explains mute and ban scope, escalation levels, evidence review and appeals. Insults, harassment and threats may violate applicable law as well as game rules. Affected persons can contact Support or dimenshon@nekotec.pl; a necessary evidence extract may be supplied after checking entitlement and legal grounds. We do not automatically release other players’ IP addresses, emails or private data merely on a player’s request. Competent authorities may receive data within legal limits. The policy describes separate disclosure scopes for claimants and authorities and international requirements.
